Farewell SDW

SDW is leaving in a couple of weeks - her new posting is in Thailand (which will be a nice place to visit!).

I met R for lunch, I didn't take Poppy with me because it was very hot and very humid and i also wanted to check Bezalel market - which we did. I found running shorts and running shirt for a fraction of the price of sports shop. Then I met my sis and we went to meet our cousin Y. I hadn't seen him 8 -9 years (we didn't part on very good terms), his 3 daughters, his mom (our aunt) and another aunt. i was really dreading it but it turned out ok. We didn't stay very long because i had to go back home, change and go to SDW's party.

The party was ok - open bar and finger food at the Brown hotel but there were too many people and I was dead on my feet. I got to talk to LG who had just been made redundant and we heard some interesting from the guys from the Egyptian embassy. I also saw KP and NIA but we left relatively early.
