Font with Holy Trinity
It’s our week for locking the church. It’s good exercise as it’s an uphill walk on a 1:5 (20%) slope of about 300m, and we’ve been walking hills quite a bit in North Devon.
This insert for the ancient font in the church, new though it was, fits well and is of a design I’ve not seen – devices depicting Father (“YWH”), Son and Holy Spirit.
And in the Extra, a gravestone and shadow made a little sinister, perhaps . . .
