Back again

Today was definitely a scorcher. I left work early to take mom to the doctor for a follow up appt. All went well, she doesn’t need to go back for 3 months and I told her that next time she goes she needs to write down her BP everyday for a week before we go. I think she gets anxious when she goes to the doctor. She did this for the past 10 days. Although there were a few times her BP was elevated, for the most part it was good. I had dinner with them and on the way home my sister called to say that my niece passed her first Physical Therapy school exam. She has been so nervous after not doing well on the practice tests. This is a very tough program, and she has really buckled downed and is studying non stop.
Being that it was so hot, my sister suggested a walk on the beach path. We just missed the sunset, but colors were still nice. Still hot though, even the breeze off the water was hot. 
Tomorrow will be a tiny bit better, relief comes on Thursday.
