Knights and princesses

Took mum to Culzean Castle. They were having a knights and princesses day ... if I'd known I would have dressed up!

Lots of little girls in party dresses and plastic tiaras. The outfits complemented by multicoloured wellies due to the showers! And little boys dressed in .... well hard to tell really - some had plastic armour and some were dressed as Romans! Almost all had plastic swords and weren't afraid to use them. I guess A&E will be busy!

Sword fighting demonstrations and birds of prey added to the day.
