Sparks

Out at the Concert Hall tonight to see the band Sparks.
Brothers Ron & Russell Mael have been creating music for over five decades now, and are currently on tour in support of ‘Mad!’, their 28th studio album.
You may remember them from the Seventies, especially older brother Ron’s distinctive look.
Singer Russell took great pleasure in telling the audience that while the album recently got to number 2 in the UK album chart, it was Number One on the Scottish chart. He also said that the Glasgow date of this tour sold out faster than any of the others around the world!

They were outstanding; great songs and performances.
