Tiny part of large map

A busy Tuesday for me.  First of all I walked down to the village to catch a bus at 10.30am.  I had an appointment at 11am at Blaydon Primary Care re my leg ulcer.

The nurse took off the old dressing, cleaned the ulcer, put a new dressing on, helped me to put my support stocking back on... and that was it.  In and out in less than 5 mins.  She didn't say anything about the ulcer so I guess its doing OK.  

Next I got a bus to Lidl.  Did a bit of shopping there and then got a bus to the Metrocentre where I got a few things in Savers.  Then a bus home.

Had a rest as my leg was very sore after the dressing change.  Probably wouldn't have gone out again but I had an app[ointment at the dentist at 2.55pm.  So I walked down to the village again.  Saw Kerry my dentist and then Caroline  my hygienist.  All OK with my teeth. Got my Tiny Tuesday blip while I was in the dentists waiting room.  There is a large map of the world covering a whole wall ( see Extra ) so I took a shot of a tiny part of it ... the UK.  Thanks to [url=https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/3384255153325475907]dbifulco[/url] for hosting.

Collected my repeat prescription from the chemists before walking home.  Tried watching TV but my leg was really painful so I took a couple of paracetamol and went to bed.  Managed to fall asleep for a couple of hours.  Felt a bit better when I woke up.

Weather today has been very changeable... sunny/rainy/windy/warm/ chilly.  Not enough rain to need a brolly though.
