Midsummer’s Day

Today is also the anniversary of the Battle of Bannockburn. Stirling is in the news as one of Scotland’s hidden gems. I think the castle is even more impressive than its Edinburgh counterpart. Early morning drizzle quickly changed into another warm drought encouraging day! Lots of home admin achieved today while listening to the fifth day of the first Test Match v India. An impressive win for England.
