Grasses

It rained in the early hours.  Had a refreshing morning dog walk.

Varied tasks today.  Shopped at the nearby wholefood warehouse, packed winter clothes in boxes and several phone calls between solicitor, removal company and estate agent.

Trying to secure a moving date our solicitor informed me is taking up a lot of her time.  It's not helped by the buyers - Alex and Dan - for our house not responding to our solicitor's communication via theirs.  And our solicitor told me today Alex attempted to communicate directly with our solicitor rather than through her own solicitor but was told to follow the legal channel of her own solicitor.   We have to suppress frustration and be patient.

Later had an email from the estate agent with a date which was Alex bypassing her solicitor with a moving date.  Any date has to be agreed 4-ways: A&D, us and the vendors of the house we're buying and of course our chosen removal company.

Mr gets annoyed so trying to keep everything calm has been my role.

After lunch I just wanted a bit of peace.  I left me phone indoors and sat in the garden to read and think calmly.  Before preparing dinner at around 6pm saw a missed call from our solicitor.  I'll have to deal with it tomorrow.

I might have to have my herbal sleeping drops tonight.
