Dinner

It's so wonderful to be able to sit on the terrace a restaurant on a warm evening. The food was delicious and all the diners were enjoying the calm and being in France. Down below is the river Dronne. Aubeterre is one of my favourite small French towns. Full of charm and character. 

For your information I started with a skewer of grilled prawns with a tandoori sauce. Main was a confit leg of duck with sauce potatoes. Pudding involved a café gourmand tiny cup of coffee with several dinky little pudding confections. 

And very reasonable.
