Happy bee

Did a long shift at the allotment - not much to show for it apart from some veg and a punnet of strawberries. The weeds are monstrous, particularly cleavers....

But this self seeded poppy plant is huge and magnificent, and the bees love it. There were two feeding in this bloom when I pointed the camera at it, but one zoomed off to try a different one!
