I had to go to the Health Centre yet again this morning with a urine sample. Blood was taken and my blood pressure taken as well.  They won't contact me if nothing is wrong so my fingers are crossed. Actually I wish they would just leave me alone. I like the Health Centre staff  but I wish I hadn't paid attention to the letter they sent out to people of my age. I suppose it's a sort of MOT and I should be grateful but I'm not. Came home to read the Guardian and do crosswords  and other puzzles then spent the rest of the morning and the afternoon clearing up yesterdays cutting back in the garden and doing still more.  Eventually came in and lay on the sofa binging on Grand Designs.
