Outdoor Service

Our annual outdoor church service was held on the lawn of Dalemain Mansion. Churches from down the Ullswater valley joined us.

Last night a storm began and thunder rumbled through the night. Thankfully we had a dry spell for the service with rain holding off until we had eaten our picnic.

Jane Hassel McCosh had offered us the use of the Great Hall if the weather had been bad. After the service we were served coffee and biscuits by the staff.
