beach walk

mercifully cooler today but we still went out by 7am.  We walked from Frinton to Holland on Sea, along the beach and sea wall, and back, followed by a delicious late breakfast in The Bird and Bean. 

This afternoon we took a drive out to the Great Holland gravel pits, a nature reserve.
