Non contact?

Not all drivers have read the bit in the rules about it being a non contact sport! To fair to the driver of car 99 he didn't really have anywhere to go after someone else punted 29 into a spin and knocked off the rear bumper. Thankfully everyone managed to continue and complete the race without too much more drama. If you are going to have an accident then right in front of the rescue units isn't a bad idea!
