Fred

These traffic lights always turn red whenever you get to them. I'm convinced they're operated by an invisible guy - Fred who changes them everytime he sees a car coming then waits till one comes the other way for him to stop before he lets you go. Of course as soon as he saw the camera today he changed to green!
