Big Red
Built in 1907, the Holland Harbor Light (also called Big Red) sits on the south side of the channel connecting Lake Macatawa to Lake Michigan. The design of this lighthouse was influenced by Dutch settlers and Reverend A. C. Van Raalte who discovered the harbor town of Holland, Michigan in 1846.
