Drying clothes

I ordered takeout and drove to the restaurant to pick it up. It's too hot and humid to eat outside, so we went the takeout route. In the restaurant parking lot, I saw this car with clothes and shoes on top of it. They appear to be there to dry. Maybe someone went for a dip in the creek.
