Quick stop at Apperley] Bridge en route to visit a friend who has broken her toe whilst hoovering ( there is definitely a lesson to] be learnt there), the sun's out] again and the barges made a beautiful mix of colour.

Speaking of beautiful mixes of colour, I remain in the middle of decorating and remain semi coated in gloss paint. It was a terrific look to inflict upon the world today, gloss painted limbs in running shorts as I pounded along

Feeling good, ten miles covered ( that's running, not walls in paint) - good job as I have a marathon in 9 weeks, time to up my game
