New build on brownfield site

Almost exactly 2 years ago I blipped a photo of a derelict site where a local pub ("The Fusilier") had been demolished. At the time I didn't know what use was going to be made of the site, so today I took a look: as you can see, some social housing is taking shape there. It's good to see a brownfield site being used for a change, rather than green fields. And the old pub's name is being recognised in the name of the new building.
