Solstice

Today was all about A&S’ midsummer party. R and I went over early afternoon with the margarita cocktail that I had made, plus other things that were needed. We then helped get things ready for when people arrived and just before that point, took this photo of us in our midsummer headwear. The flower people. The party was a great evening, even though I didn’t know many of the guests. Went to bed feeling a bit under the influence at 1am.
We were lucky with the weather, as it was hot but not uncomfortable all night, but there was a thunderstorm at around 5am with lots of rain. Didn’t keep me awake long though
