Use your loaf mate ...
There's just nothing quite like fresh bread. Food of the gods some call it - well it beats Ambrosia any day. Trouble is, the smell just doesn't through well in the blip. I guess I need a better phone camera.
This one was a packet of ready-mix tossed into a bowl with some water. A bit of extra white flour and olive oil instead of butter. Mixed up and left to stand for 5 minutes, kneaded for 5 minutes, then left to stand in the airing cupboard for an hour - it doubled in size.
I pimped it up a bit with some pumpkin seeds that go all crackly when it comes out of the over and taste heavenly. You just have to pick them off and nibble them.
Trouble is, it's all gone by the end of the day.
