Palm

Super hot and muggy day today - but Tim and I were determined to plant our new Canary Island date palm in its new pot and location.  When I say new pot, it's actually one that the previous owners left for us in the back garden.  We half buried it in the ground, to give the palm a bit more stability.  Liz next door stopped by for a chat in the middle of all this - we were very glad of the break!

Emailed Gardening Express in the afternoon, as I'm still waiting for the rest of the order I placed a month ago.  Giving up hope of it ever arriving....
