Chenonceaux

Just a postcard type snap of this very impressive chateau. Built over the river Cher. Like most of these Loire valley extravaganzas, they are more interesting from the outside. Inside there are lots of bits of furniture and dark portraits of the nobility.Not my cuppa. 

Dinner at the hotel last night was excellent, sitting out on the terrace. It was a beautiful warm evening. Onward tomorrow.
