Fledgelings Everywhere

Here's a blackbird. I also saw a fledgeling songthrush which is pleasing. There is so much busy bird activity just now. 

The weather was perfect last night for entertaining in the garden. But it was humid overnight and there was heavy rain. Today is cooler and fresher with more rain. We are off to Glasgow to wish my son a happy birthday (yesterday) and catch up with the family. 

Then home later to prepare for the week ahead. 

The world is an even less safe place today.
