Wild Violets

Lottie and I had a big walk around Hagley Park, in the central city area.
Freezing cold.

Two weeks ago an elderly lady went missing in this area and I had her in my mind while I was walking.
She had been in a nearby care home facility and had walked out unseen. Once it was realised hours later that she was missing a search was started. We have had a very cold and wet period since then.

Sadly, soon after I got home from my walk it was on the news that she had been found, this afternoon, deceased.
Found very near where I had been.
So very sad.
