Longest Day :(

I decided to go to Nazeing Church to shoot the sun setting on the longest day of the year. We were getting ready to leave when Mish barged into the loo with blood streaming out of her nose. I told her not to worry and she jumped onto my bed. Sweet that she comes to me for help when she's in trouble. I gave her nose and face a good sponging with cold water and massaged coconut oil into her nose and muzzle. Luckily the bleeding stopped.

We raced to the church. The golden rays were streaming through the graveyard and I just about got into position in time to capture the sinking orb. I chose the above image as I like the aircraft.

Earlier in the day I shot my first ringlet butterfly of the year. (Extras)
