LILY

The weather has been warm all day but this morning it was very overcast and dark.  I decided against going to the Co-op in case the thunderstorm that was forecast happened while I was out.  The weather got sunnier as the day went on and the afternoon turned out to be lovely.  However around 9pm there was loud thunder and the heavens opened,  Heavy rain... but only for about an hour or so.  

Did some indoor chores including putting together the cat tree that was delivered a couple of weeks ago. It wasn't very easy to put together as the instructions were printed in really small lettering  ... and it was supposed to take 2 people to build it. But I persevered and got there in the end.   So far both cats have ignored it.  Standard cat behaviour.

While the weather was sunny this afternoon I popped into the garden to put some bird food out.  Found my blip shot - another lily has flowered.  So now I have two yellow ones and one orange.
