Snow

I have no idea what scent the Fairies in the Snow will have - hopefully something nice!  Speaking of snow, Nina sent me the pic in the extra!  Yes that is the view from her balcony as the snow falls. That was unexpected and may lead to a slippy walk into work for her.  We are still melting here but I am hoping that tonight it cools down for a cooler few days.

And a very disgruntled Leo just arrived home.  He had gone out to pick up Bobbie and drop her off at a mate’s house as they are having a girl’s night out.  They went to Tesco en route as Bobbie wanted to pick up a bit of booze for some pre drinks before they headed out.

They got ID’d at the tills and Bobbie could prove she is 18 and was buying the booze. As Leo was with her they ID’d him too and since he is not yet 18 they wouldn’t sell it to Bobbie.  He was most put out at the unfairness of that - especially as it is only a few days ago that Leo and I went to the same store and were together when I bought some whiskey for Dad’s birthday. They didn’t complain about Leo being with me when I did that, even though he scanned it all through the self service till for me and I paid.  He is still raging a few hours later about this ‘ageist’ treatment!  Bobbie will have to leave her ‘toyboy’ in the car next time she wants to get some booze in
