Competition Day

We went to the competition venue at 7.30 and returned to the hotel 11 hours later. 

I am organising the event along with my friend Miriam, so I have been busy competing, judging and making sure everything ran smoothly. 

Now we're resting in our hotel room. The boys have eaten and now they have some red light therapy to help their muscles recover before tomorrow. See extra.
