SW Montgomery between SW Broadway and SW 6th

I was en route to the UPS store for the second time this week.
I'd noticed this street painting the other day but it had been taped off to dry, today it was open.  It's on a pedestrianized stretch of Montgomery going through PSU's campus.

A day of intermittently huge downpours.
