Feeding the crickets to...

...feed the lizard that I'm looking after whilst D the owner discovers Iceland. The only problem is, last time it was worms - easy to grab and put in the vivarium, but this time the crickets are in a cereal box (with holes in do they they breathe) but I struggle to get them out to feed Baboo. If I lift the lid off, they could jump out, if I lift the flip lid, it's hard to get the little critters out!
