Friday Fish

I don't pretend to be a fisherman, but I do like to eat it. Our problem? Lisa doesn't like fish that is "fishy", so when I do cook it, it usually has to be something mild like cod.

Would I ever buy a whole fish? Probably not. I have watched the charter boat captains in Florida filet fish after fish, but I wouldn't know where to start. Plus, as my dad told me when I was 11 years old..."You can't be trusted with a knife." Maybe he was right.

The snapper was seen at Sam's Club.

Oh, how I wish that I could fillet a fish, but I'm afraid that if I filleted a fish...that it would turn into a giant fish mash-mish.

Since I couldn't fillet a fish, 
I decided to save face.
