Mechanism

Progress with the mechanism using parts that arrived yesterday and today.  Now I just need to confirm if it fits, and see if I can make it work!  I suspect some adjustment of the lengths of the arms may be needed, but until I see how everything moves this is the best first try I can do.

If it all works, we'll move from unidentified and uninformative to unidentified and informative, although I suspect a few iterations (and due to location, a lot of swearing and barked knuckles) will be needed first.
