Solstice sunset

Our last view ever from this exact spot: the 1st floor apartment we' ve rented for 10 summers will soon no longer exist! The house will soon change hands and the new owners will want the whole house to live in. But we've found a new place to stay just a few hundred yards away -- but a bit further from the sea.
Yes, the flag is falling apart. Perhaps in sympathy.
