Geese

I took my waterproof camera out with me this morning. This is my failed attempt to capture hundreds of geese arriving into the lake. Quite alarming, I didn't want to go too close because I was not sure I wanted to be surrounded by geese in their natural environment. They're too far away to see properly but I thought you'd like to see the swirly water patterns.  Water temperature 18.7ºC and I swam just over a kilometer. 
Followed by breakfast at the Jetty Museum cafe in Bowness due to terrible traffic jams limiting which direction we could go in.
Stayed indoors and read for the rest of the day because it's too hot for me, even up North
