Wish upon a star....

Another very hot day but a little breeze helped me function! The bees were on the alliums on the patio table again so I didn't have far to go and no bending was involved in this blip!
One week since my glute injury and some movements are still restricted but I am much better than I was a week ago. It does make me realise how slow the recovery time is as we get older. 
We had a real bonus of a call with Tom in Bolivia today and it was amazing to see his smiling face from an internet cafe. Tom and Carys have recently trekked the Salkantay route to Machu Picchu and we loved seeing their videos and photos of the stunning scenery and the big reveal of the Incan ruins.
