Ever Recurring

We brought our lilies with us from our old house 11 years ago today (where has the time gone). Much has changed in that time.

When we moved in, our electrics were so dodgy, you could only turn one main appliance on at a time, the kitchen was from the dark ages, the bathroom was two tiny rooms. The boiler was obsolete, there was no door to the garden, mum was still with us, we still had our beloved retriever, Aila........ I could go on and on.

But one thing hasn't changed, we still have our beautiful lilies. Despite shameful lack of care they keep flowering and we keep battling to keep the rather pretty red lily beetles away. 

This year we actually repotted them and they look better than ever. Note to self, treat them with respect from now on!
