Today it was a visit to Haweswater, one of the manmade reservoirs, drowning the village of Mardale.  What can be seen in very dry weather is what is left of that village, roads, walls and areas where fields once stood.  Today you can just see a wall poking into the water.  Behind me a small road with walls on either side entering the lake. A warm day with temperatures ranging fro 24-27C.
I had a photo sorted out for  yesterday and thought I had posted.  It will be now.  Have a good weekend.
