Llanberis Pass in the rain

On Saturday we went to Porthmadog to order tiles for my bf's bathroom renovation, and it threw it down all day! Haven't been out in that sort of weather for a very long time. Had to walk about in it as I needed to buy some hayfever pills and we were hoping to have lunch there, but everywhere that looked promising was heaving as world+dog was sheltering from the downpour! In the end we set off back and then spotted a sign for the Golden Fleece in Tremadog, so we stopped there and dried off while eating lamb burgers with cheese (recommended).

Took a few experimental shots from the moving car on the way back (I was the passenger, I hasten to add). This was the best of the bunch, and you get not only the rain and waterfalls running down the mountains but the added rain on the windscreen. This was a seriously wet day!
