Abstract Thursday ...

... Textures.

You may or may not be able to tell what this is ... and that's the whole idea behind Abstract photography ... so I will tell you.  This is a photo of  some leaves from a Japanese Maple tree that we saw during our walk at Housenick Park this morning.  I've had a little abstract fun with the photo.  Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting each week.

It was very hot and humid today so we got our walk in early ... before lunch for a change.  It was wonderful being out despite the heat.  We had lunch upon our return home and then I sat in the sunroom reading the newspaper.  After which I had a nice cool down in the pool.  Unfortunately, the temp of the pool has gone down since the last time I was in it due to the miserable cold, rainy weather we've been having of late. But on a positive note we are supposed to be getting some nice hot days ahead.  And that should warm the pool up again so my teeth don't chatter when I get in!  :-)
