Whack!

It’s the Royal Highland Show week and we haven’t been for years so visited today. Hasn’t changed much except maybe for us having cracking weather. Made a point of searching out Wendy after seeing a post that she and Andy were showing their Cellardyke Flock sheep, a couple of Ryedales rams in fact and both winning rosettes though unfortunately not red ones. Hadn’t seen her for years but she also hasn’t changed much!
We covered about every part of the showground and some more than once, apart from the farm machinery area that we passed on, had a good chat with a farming couple from New Zealand over lunch, decided not to wait on the delayed sheepdog trial, headed home. We’re a tad tired.
