Texture

This is a recent purchase and its full description is .... Multi Coloured String Curtain, Glitter Fringe Panel, Fly Screen, Room Divider. Tassel Curtain for Doors, Doorway, Windows, Home Décor, Event Decoration. I'm going to use it as a fly screen when the patio door is open during hot weather.  I thought it would be a good choice for Abstract Thursday - the theme is texture . I didn't phone my GP surgery today.  I was too tired at 8am to make a call and I didn't feel up to going down to the Heath Centre anyway if I had managed to get an appointment,  I will hopefully sleep better tonight and I will make a call in the morning.

After a slow start I did get quite a few chores ticked off the to do list.
  
At 5.30pm I got a lift from Michelle to slimming group.  I was pleased to lose 4 pounds. 15 of us stayed for " Image Therapy " this week. Brenda and Alyson did the " Race For Life " last Sunday.  They showed off their medals and collected their sponsorship money.

The weather today was very sunny and warm - but there was quite a strong wind.
