I will.leave the light on

Was a gorgeous day today.   Look at the beautiful light which came in through the back door.  I think it must be reflecting off the windows because I've never seen the light hitting that wall that way 

This morning it was the poppy - look at that.  Its a.beauty. Am still waiting for a flurry of other flowers.  I have dahlias just about bursting.  I have cornflowers... Just about bursting .... I have peonies.... Not very good this year - but see the ones which were good sitting on the unit 

Evil squirrel back on track this morning.   Eaten two heads off my sunflowers and bloody left them on top of the netting.  Evil!!!!

Update on the treadmill. Work normally sees me achieving 5000 steps a day and with a walk in the evening i van normally get up to 8000... 

This week I have been doing half an hour on the treadmill and I have been 10,000 steps and today I made it to 11500. Yay yay. Go me 

I cant actually walk anywhere else. My leggies are too sore
