Oban

Fiona gave us (me, my Sister, Neil nephew and his wife wife Rita over from Vancouver) a super day out in Oban.  From Glasgow that took us past Loch Lomond -  a real spectacular journey. Oban - from the Gaelic for 'Little Bay' is a beautiful Ferry Town  -  I've put some shots in my extras.  It was teaming with tourists from abroad  -  really interesting to hear all the different languages!  We had a drink in Wetherspoons, did some shopping, had a meal and then stopped at a haunted Inn on the way home.  I took a leaflet so I could say something about it here, but  -  typically I've lost it and can't remember its name so can't google it.  The internal to the entrance was packed with stuffed animals and birds  -  my main Blip is one Fiona took of me cuddling up to the most attractive:-))  There's a mixture of Extras from Lock Lomond to the Ferry in Oban.  I think I'll sleep sound tonight  -  Fiona certainly will  -  she was the driver and we went in her campervan.
