Say Cheeeeese!!

Mr G bought me a cheese making kit at Christmas and I have finally got around to making some mozzarella because I needed to use some milk before it went out of date.

It’s actually ok - albeit there’s so much of it, I’ve had to freeze some and gift some to a neighbour.

Not sure what to do with the left over bucket of whey tho, lol.
