Cats

We were well ready for the new cleaner to come this morning. G was getting ready for a 4get-me-not (Mexican) lunch, and she was asked to bring a photograph of her best holiday. Last night, I didn't get to post my blip because I was creating a collage for her of the trip we did in 2023 with Sandy, spending 24 hours in Lahore.

The printer at home challenged us a bit, but she went off happily armed with her photograph and stories to tell. She had a bit of a trek to find the place, getting help from a Talabat delivery driver, but she got there in the end. I think others in the group found it just as hard to navigate Nad Al Shiba.

The big thing today was getting a microSD card out of my new laptop. Fortunately, the man in the store was able to get it without opening the base. I tried my best before relenting to get professional help. I found several things I've been looking for in the process! :)))

My blip was taken as we walked back to the flat. The cats in the garden below are so unthreatened, they sleep in the middle of the footpath even. Today, G spotted one sleeping on the grass. This one found its happy place on a stool that belongs to the restaurant below our flat.
