Feeling the heat

Both Alfie and Lexi have had their tummies on display today which I think is one way of getting a bit cooler. It's certainly been warmer today than the last few days but it's nowhere near as hot as it's going to get in Abingdon where my nephew's wedding is taking place on Saturday. I will probably melt.

I've spent most of today getting ready to go away tomorrow. I'm sure things expand to fill the time available but I'm quite glad that it's all got fairly stretched out rather than being in a panic. Going away is always a bit of a wrench for me as it involves leaving Lexi and Alfie who I'm sure will be well looked-after by M, but still.
