It's been another warm day. Great for getting my washing dry.
I am experiencing some pain relief, it's not throbbing down my leg, more of a sensation and ache, this has resulted in being able to get comfortable in bed and sleeping better.

Im still struggling to walk, when I step on the right leg the pain is not much better in my butt cheek, hip area, and top of my thigh and in towards my groin. I am still using my crutch in that respect, But I am hopeful that things still have a 'chance' to get a little better with time. For now the ease in my leg is just wonderful. Any little bit counts.

It's nice to be in my own bed again and my shower is hard to beat. There is great water pressure here, so it's like having a power shower, it washes the shampoo out of hair in seconds.

I paid for a blood test for food intolerances and sent it to York Laboratory's for analysis. It came back that I have a high intolerance to cows milk!
Plaice/Sole. Pea and yeast.

Pity the results came in just after my grocery delivery arrived - cheese, butter etc; Anyway, I'll take it in stages, starting today with a switch to Oat milk for my coffee and tea. I will miss cheese and butter big time, but if it helps my IBS, joint pain and recent skin reaction to the sun I will be more than happy. Thinking about the Oat milk I think I prefer goats milk, I wonder if that would be okay.  My father used to keep a goat and we used nothing else.

So, fingers crossed for the big diet change and fingers crossed for a positive result.

I've had a little catch up with some of you today and left a sprinkling of comments and stars, it's good to discover what's going on in the world again without having to watch the news on TV.

Take care everyone and let's all continue to send our positive thoughts and prayers for Peace.
