2:1

Many moons ago son 2 was in a film what I wrote. Charlie Bucket was his part where he found the golden ticket in a drain in Temple.( you need to see the movie for context!)

Today another golden ticket. Hes had four years of fun at Uni and today got his results. A 2:1 which despite his inherent first class genius was a very fair representation of his amount of work done :))) better a 2:1 and to enjoyed Uni life than a first than hav e had your head in books throughout Uni . Does that make me a bad mum? ( I’ve also got a 2:1. ;)). )

His girlfriend far more studious doing Law got a first. Deservedly so.

Happiness and relief all round

We sat and watched said movie, Short Cuts after tea. Hilarious seeing everyone so young now that 14-15 years have passed
