Is That a Glaciated Landscape?

Down at the coast there was a fenced area of grass that was a children's pay area with miniature goalposts.  It has become negected.  The fence has largely disappeared and the thick paint on the tubular metal goals no longer protects it from rusting.

I took a number of photos of the state of that paintwork (one in the 'extras') and combined four of them.  A crop of that provided the above blip.  

I thought it gave the impression of a jumbed glacier with mountains behind.
